One of the most unique homes witting Simbithi Eco estate – cantilevered over Fish Eagle dam – this home was designed by Metropole archtiects and built by JR Project. Our interior design company collaborated with this amazing team in project managing all the interior and exterior related finishes, right down to the hard and soft interior furnishes. The home is a private investment client and is rented out corporately.

Hanging on the edge of a cliff – facing North and looking endlessly over the Indian Ocean -this architectural feat is a one of a kind – having reached national recognition on Top Billing SA. We worked with the client in providing a full interior furniture solution. The home was sold for a record price in KZN.

Nestled on quiet reserve of the Kariega River in the Eastern Cape – this private family holiday home is incredibly unique. Offering sunrise river and sea views, our interior design role was to bring the interiors of the home to life, using modern elements with long lasting materials that could stand the test of the corrosive climate.

Home of the U3 founder – Clifton Smithers – this home was designed by Metropole Architects, built by U3 Projects, and finished by Emily Smithers. The vision came from a visit to Phinda Games Reserve where the couple desired a class box in a forest, where the elements of the outside world could collide with the interiors living spaces. The focus was purely on family and simplicity.

Our interior design team project managed and fitted out the interior of this glass office for a private investment firm. Sweeping sea views over the Simbithi Golf course, makes the natural light in this space its most refreshing aspect. All fittings were one- off bespoke designs, not to be repeated.

Our interior team worked with Regency Developments on their latest Tahari project to offer bespoke furniture packages to their investors and end users. This development is a one of a kind for Salt Rock, a leafy suburb of Kwa-Zulu Natal’s North Coast.

The Square Boutique Hotel & Spa is still a landmark today in the hustle and bustle of the growing La Lucia Ridge prescient of Durban. Our design team worked tirelessly for 2 years with developers Misty Blue Investments, Construction ID as part of their professional team to design and project manage the FFE interior fit out for one of Durban’s most unique hotels. The projects was opened 2 weeks before the World Cup Soccer 2010.

Working with a team of private developers, we had the opportunity of building a portion of this incredible development within 10 months from site handover. These incredible sea facing homes were designed by COA architects, and hover of the Indian Ocean within Zimbali Coastal forest resort – one of the top resorts and residential estates within SA. Our interior team provided full turn key furniture packages to all owners allowing each owner to have a world class rentable asses within a professional managed rental pool.
